PERSOONSGEGEVENS

Om onze dienstverlening goed te kunnen uitvoeren leggen wij een aantal gegevens van je vast om met je te kunnen communiceren, om onze nieuws- en kennisbrieven te verspreiden, om door jou bestelde producten/diensten te kunnen leveren en om automatische incasso's te kunnen uitvoeren. Het gaat in hoofdzaak om je NAWTE-gegevens en in een aantal gevallen je IBAN (als je bijvoorbeeld donateur wordt).

ZORGVULDIGHEID

Met de gegevens die wij van je ontvangen gaan wij natuurlijk zorgvuldig om. Wij hebben zowel technische als organisatorische maatregelen getroffen om te voorkomen dat onbevoegde derden zomaar deze gegevens kunnen raadplegen of in bezit kunnen krijgen. De mensen die met deze gegevens werken in onze organisatie hebben een geheimhoudingsverklaring ondertekend. Indien er klantgegevens in online systemen of extern worden opgeslagen, sluiten we met de leveranciers van die systemen een bewerkersovereenkomst, zodat je zeker weet dat zij ook goed en zorgvuldig met jouw gegevens omgaan.

GEBRUIK GEGEVENS

Wij gebruiken je gegevens om je als nieuwe donateur te werven, om algemeen bezoekersgedrag op de website te analyseren, om producten/diensten aan je te leveren, je bijdrage als donateur te kunnen incasseren, met je te communiceren via onze nieuwsbrieven en om algemene analyses te maken. Wij delen alleen je NAW-gegevens met partners van LeichelMedia waarmee we een samenwerkingsovereenkomst hebben en die willen voldoen aan onze privacy regels.

We gebruiken je IBAN uitsluitend voor het incasseren van je donaties die je bij LeichelMedia hebt geactiveerd. Voor de incasso werken wij samen met Factua, die gespecialiseerd is in geautomatiseerde incasso's

Wij geven je persoonsgegevens alleen aan derden door wanneer dat nodig is om een bepaald onderdeel van je opdracht uit te voeren. Wij geven daarbij alleen die gegevens door die deze derden ook echt nodig hebben om de door ons gevraagde werkzaamheden voor je uit te voeren.

BEWAREN GEGEVENS

Wij bewaren de gegevens niet langer dan nodig is om de opgedragen werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Als je besluit om geen donateur meer te willen zijn, dan vernietigen wij de persoonsgegevens die wij van je hebben ontvangen binnen één jaar. 

JOUW RECHTEN

Als donateur/bezoeker/ontvanger van nieuwsbrieven etc. heb je bepaalde rechten wat betreft de bij ons opgeslagen gegevens en bepaal je ook welke gegevens je wel of niet wilt verstrekken. Je rechten zijn:

  1. Je mag altijd een overzicht vragen van de persoonsgegevens die wij van je hebben.
  2. Wanneer je vindt dat bepaalde gegevens onjuist in onze administratie staan, dan mag je om aanpassing daarvan vragen.
  3. Je hebt het recht om alle informatie die wij hebben van je, te laten verwijderen uit het systeem. Wij moeten daar aan meewerken.
  4. Je hebt het recht om de manier waarop wij gegevens gebruiken op elk moment te beperken, bijvoorbeeld het doorgeven van bepaalde gegevens een bepaalde organisatie. Dit kan wel gevolgen hebben voor de dienstverlening die wij bieden.
  5. Als je wilt dat wij alle gegevens die we van je hebben moeten doorsturen naar een andere organisatie, dan voeren wij dat verzoek uit.
  6. Wanneer wij van derden persoonlijke informatie over je ontvangen, dan informeren wij je over de bron waaruit wij deze informatie hebben ontvangen.

Ben je het niet eens met de manier waarop wij met je gegevens omgaan? Neem dan s.v.p. hierover contact met ons op. Wij zullen dan ons best doen om je vragen zo goed mogelijk te beantwoorden. Levert dat niet het gewenste resultaat op, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

On behalf of Jimdo and the site operator, Google will use the information collected to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other website and internet related services to Jimdo and the site operator (Art. 6 (1)( f) GDPR). The legitimate interest in data processing lies in the optimization of this website, the analysis of the use of the website and the adaptation of the content, which is made possible by the provision of the Jimdo statistics function. The interests of the users are adequately protected by the pseudonymization of their data.


Google LLC. offers a guarantee to maintain an adequate level of data protection on the basis of European standard contractual clauses. The data sent and linked to the Google Analytics cookies, e.g. user IDs or advertising IDs will be automatically deleted after 50 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached is carried out automatically, once a month.


The website visitor may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in their browser. They can also object to the future collection and storage of their ip address and the data generated by cookies, at any time via downloading this browser plugin and installing it: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
